Obituary
Corine M Fike, 85 years old , of Pocatello , passed away on August 2nd, 2023. She was surrounded by a loving family during her passing. Corine was born on September 27th 1937 to Eugenio Hidalgo and Clara Hidalgo in Jarales ,New Mexico. She lived a long and beautiful life between Idaho and New Mexico throughout the years. Both states held a special place in her heart.
She was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend who had a fierce and loving spirit. She was very much loved by her family and many friends. Her motherly instincts, generosity of spirit, wisdom and beautiful heart will be hugely missed by those of us who loved her. She was our rock and always the main focus in her life. She will be missed and will live on in our hearts, minds, and spirits.
She is survived by her siblings: Santiago, Joe, Dolores and Josephine.
Her children: Aaron, DeVonne, Russel, Rodney and Renee.
She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren that will carry on her life through them.
Her family all got together to celebrate her life on Friday August 4th. Corine just wanted to be cremated and celebrated by her family that surrounded her.
She was welcomed to the other side by Clayton R. Fike, Eugenio Hidalgo, Clara Hidalgo and Elizabeth Marks.
