Obituary

Larry Lynn Smith, 65, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on March 22, 2022.  He was born in Pocatello, Idaho Aug. 13, 1956 to Girard and Grace Helzer Smith.  He was the youngest of 3 children.  He was raised in the Pocatello area and graduated from Highland High School.

He married his sweetheart Gail Romriell and they raised their daughter Danielle Dille.  They had many fond memories together enjoying the outdoors in Island Park.  He worked for Union Pacific Railroad.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and was the most loving caring individual you will ever meet.  He had a big personality and was always the life of the party.  He was a die hard Denver Bronco fan and loved to play trivia games.

"God saw you getting tired when a cure was not be.  So he wrapped his arms around you and whispered, "Come to me".  You didn't deserve what you went through so he gave you needed rest.  God's garden must be beautiful, he only takes the best".

He is survived by his loving wife Gail; his daughter: Danielle, Grandkids: CJ Gonzales, Ashley Dille, Elijah Dille, and Braxton Kelsch.  He his also survived by his sister Vickie Pritchett and brother Curtis Smith.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
